Q: Why does the command not work? A: It could be in a broken state. Please report it with the bugreport command. If that doesn't work join the official discord server and report it there in the proper channel.

Q: I can't use any commands!? Why!? A: Either you're blacklisted, Or the bot is currently rebooting.

Q: Is "Watching REBOOTING..." bot's status some kind of joke or... A: No. It literally means the bot is actually restarting.
